Microgaming Mobile Product Pushes 32Red Casino Numbers Up

32Red Casino, the award winning gaming site which works off Microgaming's excellent casino platform, posted numbers for the first half of 2014.

The casino reported that its mobile revenues were up considerably, as more and more players flock to enjoy Microgaming mobile games.

The number of mobile users almost doubled in the first six months of the year, according to 32Red Plc.

The group said that mobile usage jumped during the period, with 32% of total casino gross gaming revenue coming from players on mobile devices such as iPhones and tablets.

• Total gross gaming revenues climbed 19% to $22.6 million from $19 million in the same period the year before.
• Casino business revenue climbed from $17.4 million to $20.7 million.
• 32Red's Italy casino saw revenues double from $500,000 last year to $1 million this year.
• Total net gaming revenue grew from $12.7 million to $15.2 million.

"Excellent trading at the Company's flagship operation, the 32Red Casino, which continues to be the Company's main focus and has benefited from increased marketing expenditure in the first half of the year," noted the company in a press release.
