Guts Casino Signs with Microgaming Poker Network

Two popular brands in the industry have joined forces to extend an existing deal, much to the delight of online gamblers familiar with the platforms.

Gaming Innovation Group (GIG), an Oslo listed online gaming operator, extended its deal with the software group, Microgaming, agreeing to launch the latter's poker software for clients hosted on its platform.

GIG already has a deal in place with Microgaming, which supplies its Guts.com, especially Guts Casino with online casino games.  Microgaming poker games will also be made available on Betspin.com and Rizk.com brands.

The deal is considered a significant one for GIG, which aims to become a full-scale gaming platform, offering as many different types of gaming options as possible.

"We are thrilled by the prospects of building a great player experience by promoting poker at the intersection of sports and social entertainment. Microgaming is an institution in online poker, and are continuing to display its commitment to the game through rapid product innovations and a popular live tour.

MPN as Progressive Poker Network

In the almost cut-throat world of online poker, Microgaming's MPN has always been at the fore, offering a stable, highly-reputable platform for players.

The head of poker at Microgamng, Alex Scott said about the new deal: "It's great to see Guts.com recognize the MPN as a progressive network. Guts.com are joining us at a very exciting time, and we look forward to working with them closely over the coming months, in the build up to launch."

Also commenting was the CEO of Microgaming, Roger Raatgever who said: "An existing customer of our Quickfire Casino product, we're delighted to be extending our relationship with the Gaming Innovation Group through our poker platform. The Guts brand is a welcome addition to the MPN."

Triple Award Winners

Players on the GIG platform will be pleased with access to Microgaming's poker network. MPN are triple award winners, having won Best Poker Network of the Year at the B2B Awards in 2011 and Best Poker Software in 2013 and 2014. 

The platform allows players to speak any language at the tables, while multiple variants of games are offered.

Big names use Microgaming poker software, including BetVictor, NordicBet, 32Red Poker and StanJames.com.
