Microgaming was thrilled to confirm this weekend that its Mega Moolah progressive slot jackpot has finally been won. The lucky winner, who hails from the United Kingdom, took home a whopping £13.2 million, after a slots session at Betway Casino - and set a new world record!

"I'd give all this money back for him to be healthy again," said the winner.
But there are other plans in the pipeline for Heywood, including his ultimate dream: A yellow Bentley Continental GT.
"I never even dreamed of driving a Bentley, let alone owning one," said the thrilled winner. "I've got a Fiat Punto at the moment."
Biggest Online Slot Payout in History
The latest Mega Moolah win sets a new world record as the biggest online slot payout in history - beating Net Entertainment's record by a tiny margin.
Due to the latest € - to - £ ratio, Microgaming's Mega Moolah win is worth €17,879,645. This is a fraction more than the previous record set by Net Ent's Mega Fortune slot game in 2013 when a Finnish player took home €17,861,813.
