Microgaming Backed Prima Networks Signs Dutch Lottery

Microgaming has entered the Dutch lottery arena with the news, with the news that the Microgaming-powered Prima Networks has signed a letter of intent with the newly merged Dutch gambling organization.

Nederlandse Staatsloterij/De Lotto joined forces recently and the new lottery name will be released in the summer. A letter of intent was signed to make Prima Networks its primary provider of online casino software, and exclusive provider of poker software once a permit is given to offer online gaming.

Preferred Casino and Lottery Provider

The director of Prima Networks, Loraine Schoevers said that following a competitive and in-depth tender process, the group was delighted to be chosen by Nederlandse Staatsloterij/De Lotto as their preferred casino and poker supplier.

”We are well versed in regulated markets and working with state lotteries, and winning this contract strengthens Prima Networks’ and Microgaming’s position in the European regulated market,” said Schoevers. “While we wait for the Dutch market to open, we’re busy getting the bespoke solution for the newly merged organization ready, for when we can launch.”

Entire Microgaming Range

Last year, Prima Networks entered the tender process to secure the Dutch Lottery contract. The lottery organization was impressed with the company’s software and business policy, and opted to award Prima Networks with the contract.

As soon as the necessary regulations goes through, Dutch players will be able to access Microgaming’s casino games via desktop or mobile devices on Quickfire’s award-winning platform. In addition, Microgaming’s excellent online poker software will be available exclusively to these players.

Microgaming and Prima Networks are currently showcasing their products at the iGaming Super Show in Amsterdam.
